What is a Notary?
A specific legal professional in England and Wales who can verify and authenticate documents and statements for use abroad.
Where to start?
Please enquire on the contact details noted above. When emailing, please provide copies of (i) the document(s) to be notarised; (ii) any instructions, documents and correspondence you have received regarding what needs to happen for your transaction; and (iii) identity evidence, being both photographic identification (e.g. passport) and proof of address (e.g. a utility bill less than 3 months old).
Whilst I will need to see the originals of these documents when meeting you in person, receiving copies at the outset will allow me to assess the costs and timescales involved quicker and more effectively for you.
